Blasting tester

Blasting testing machine is mainly applied to: rubber hose, steel pipe, steel cylinder, radiator, intercooler, tire, fire hose, copper pipe, aluminum pipe, air spring, aerosol tank, water purifier, plastic bucket, evaporator, pipe, valve, pressure vessel and other products of blasting test.

Equipment features:

1. Conversion relationship of pressure unit: 1MPa=10bar=1000KPa~ 10kg =145psi;
2, all the test process using PLC and computer automatic control, real-time display test time, test pressure equivalent;
3. The test time can be set freely, the test will be automatically stopped and the test report will be generated after the test is completed. The test report format can be formulated according to customer requirements;
4, pump, valve, pipe fittings, joints are imported products, to ensure the quality and safety of the equipment, the material is 316 stainless steel, can be used for most liquid pressure test media;
5, with overpressure, timeout, leakage monitoring function, can automatically alarm and terminate the test;
